What is Four Nights?
PPGBA’s Four Nights Workshops are a unique opportunity for you to learn from leading industry professionals. For just $98 ($148 non-members) you will have the chance to listen, share ideas and have your questions answered in a casual and friendly atmosphere.
Most workshops are presented in the studio of a working pro, with a very limited class size. Are you fed up with hotel ballrooms filled with 400 people you don’t know? Then Four Nights is for you.
Note: Four Nights instructors have the right to prohibit student cameras during their sessions. If photography is permitted, all images taken during the event are to be used for educational or reference purposes only. They may not be used for studio display, advertising, promotions, or print competition. Non-members who attend a Four Nights session receive a one-time $25 credit towards membership if they join PPGBA within 60 days of the session. Please note that locations and speakers are subject to change.
Partial registrations are not accepted. The class size is limited, please respond by sending your registration as early as possible. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the workshop is full when we receive your registration, we will return your payment. Please make checks payable to PPGBA, or use Visa/MasterCard/Amex via mail or our online payment page. Registrations are NON refundable less than 5 working days before the start of the session. Withdrawal refunds may be requested ($20 cancellation fee applies), more than 5 working days before the start of the session.

Portrait Lighting – Lighting your portrait is just as important, maybe even more significant, as correctly posing your subject. In this class you will learn how to use lights and modifiers to make your subject look great and make your images pop.
Wayne will demonstrate the use of lighting whether you use: studio lights, video lights, speed lights in the studio or on location.
You will walk away with a good understanding of what type of light and modifier to use for specific scenario. As each photographer has their own style in shooting and lighting that helps create their brand or style of images, our goal is to help you find yours.
